Hello there, I know it's been a while.. but [insert lie here].
I have been telling everyone that shopping is a dangerous thing, but they didn't believe me ... well now I have PROOF! I was looking for nail gels and the 'pots' were on like glass shelves and as I was trying to reach the back of the shelf I cut my middle finger really badly actually on the side of the the glass shelf because it wasn't smooth like normal shelves should be, but jagged. My friend saw that I was going an odd colour and quickly got out a tissue, but the cut still really hurts and that was like 2 days ago :/
So I advise everyone to shop with precaution!
:D
Anywhoooo.... I just wanted to express my feelings towards Christmas and New Year. I can understand why people like it and all, but unfortunately I think there's more fuss than enjoyment.
Lets start with Christmas. I LOVE buying presents for other people like seriously I LOVEEE it, but buying 300 presents at the same time... not so much...
My present buying process is as follows :
- Realise that I have to buy K. a present
- Think about what K likes (time taken : 2-4 weeks)
- Go out and buy the stuff ( Usually I like making other people stuff, or buying them something really personal, that makes them think e.g. ' Oh wow, I didn't think you knew that I love Pokemon' [yes silly example I know] )
- Give present to person.
Well not for Christmas, that one goes :
- OMGCHRISTMASISNEXTWEEK
-Try walking around shops for 3 days hoping to find inspiration because of short notice.
- Buy myself a bajilion new things.
- Panic and tell everyone that I 'left it at home' or 'let's not give each other our presents yet'
- Buy 10 huge chocolates and 5 teddy bears.
- Half give half chuck things at said people.
Yeah... compulsory present shopping, because I just LOVE spending a ton of money on things that I know aren't going to be of much use to the people I give them to (Y)
Oh and don't even get me STARTED on the food, my diet has been going exactly as planned.... in my head... my 'mind' weight is currently 65kg, although I haven't yet discussed this with my scale who probably would tell me that I'm around 70kg, but who trusts scales now-a-days anyway?!
New Years
Next in the 'Compulsory' series is Compulsory Parties.
'Where are you going for new years?'
'So do you know where you're going to be spending the new year?'
'OMG I'm going to the BEST house party ever, and you?'
'Yeah me and my friends are getting together, I'd invite you but... well you know it's like a 'private party', but I'm sure you'll have somewhere to go'
'Oh, you still don't know where you're going, but it's like tomorrow?'
You get my drift...
It's not like I have any problems finding somewhere to go, ( I usually end up letting 3 people down because I don't go with them ) but still, WHY is it like compulsory? I don't get it... Poor people who are sick, they're going to have to listen to the 'OMG do you remember at that New Years party' stories for a whole year, if not more...
Everyone knows that house parties are the best, but no-one wants to have it at their house, so everyone is just coaxing each other to have one, but eww who wants to spend a whole day cleaning up afterwards? And watching that no-one knocks over your mums china cupboard, making sure all puke goes INTO and not around the toilet, telling everyone to not smoke in the house, being under constant stress because there's always at least ONE retard who doesn't understand that no, he should NOT make himself feel at home.
There's the other extreme case where everyone want's you to be with them for New Years and if you're like me and can't decide, because you hate not making everyone happy, then you end up hurting a ton of people's feelings because 'You could've at least TOLD me a week ago'.
Hmm... Yeah I could've but then I'd have felt bad for half a day that I didn't make you happy, as oppose to now where I won't be able to sleep for a week because I let you do-Hey wait a minute....
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Wow I sound like I'm having a hissy fit :D I'm not, I swear, it' just I bump into the same annoying things every year.
But I shall stop procrastinating and clean my poor fishies, who have now got an oxygenater thingy and 3 snails to keep them company. I might post a picture once they're clean :D
Happy holidays everyone and have a spectacular New Year ;)
'Till next time here are some happy cupcakes and cookies I made!

Sick
I wasn't feeling too well yesterday morning, but I decided that for once in my life I wasn't going to let me being sick ruin my day.
I started on the long drive out to Timi's stables, I was feeling a little odd, my joints hurt and i've been a bit disoriented for the past few days ( Oh and i've had a cold since last Sunday ). I had to take the ferry, which scares me so I was already a little nervous but I felt more jumpy then usual.
Finally I got to Timi's place 45 mins later then expected -.- and we started working with Easter.
I felt a little woozy and really cold, but though it would go away... Within like half an hour I was feeling really dizzy and then I started seeing black spots and everything was getting darker and darker, so I asked Timi if I could sit down. She said sure and showed me where the changing room was.
I'm not joking... I almost fainted on the 50m to the changing room, I could feel the darkness pulling me towards it... Kind of freaky.
So I was sitting there for a while trying not to faint, and I started shaking uncontrollably, yeah it was cold but not THAT cold. I called mum and she told me that my blood pressure probably dropped ( I have low blood pressure anyway ) and to drink something sugary, so Timi brought me some raspberry juice. It took me half an hour to drink it because every time I took a sip I felt like throwing up. After about 20 mins of sitting and going through a wave of symptoms, mum said she and dad would come and get me. Timi said that I might have a fever.
My parents got there after about 45 mins, mum took me to the doctor who asked me if I had drank anything that day... I though about it and realised I had had NOTHING to drink at all other than the glass of water and cordial I got from Timi. She said I probably have a virus and not drinking enough water and being outside didn't help.
My head started throbbing at the doctors and kept getting worse and worse till it got to the point where I could barely lay without my head pounding, it was like every time my heart beat my head throbbed, and the stronger my heart beat was the more it hurt, so simple things like getting up and walking were terribly painful :/
We got home and I literally crawled up to my bed, my mum checked my temperature and as it turns out I had a fever of 38.4 and that's why I felt like I was dying. God it hurts to even think about how much pain I was in yesterday, like imagine if someone beat you up and the pain the next day would STILL not be equal to what I felt yesterday. All my joints hurt, I was shaking my head throbbed and I felt that if someone told me that I have to move 1cm physically I couldn't.
I slept from 8pm to 5am this morning, then after going to the bathroom, I slept till 10am. For me this is AGES, I usually sleep about 8-9 hours max and feel like I've over slept.
Today I'm feeling a lot better I actually had some food today :D 2 Potatoes and a bowl of rice and none of it came back up ;) ( Yeah yesterday I had an apple and that was it because I felt that if I had anything else it would take the quick way out )
Mum said not to go to school tomorrow :/ Which is great because after missing my friends birthday yesterday night AND not being able to go to that club opening that I mentioned in one of my earlier posts with my other friend, I really didn't want to miss any school, especially since were having a history exam tomorrow and I hate having to write tests separately.
I hope all of you are well though
Till next time ;)

Work
I forgot to mention that I've been buried by work lately and that is one of the reasons that I've not been posting.
I mean I finish school, then work 'till 6. After that who has time for anything?
For like the last 3 or however many weeks I've been working for I have had NO time for anything, no shopping, no friends, it feels like I might go a little crazy.
But tomorrow I shall treat myself to some one on one time with a tanning bed ( I'm really starting to loose my summer colour ).
Oh wow I nearly forgot I phoned Timi today and told her about Carlos and everything, and ages ago when I visited her she told me about a horse called Easter that I could loan, but then someone bought her and I didn't hear anything of her since. Buuuuttt when I phoned her she told me that Easter's new owner is keeping her at Timi's stables and that she is looking for someone to ride her once a week.
So I'm going to have a natural horsemanship and riding lesson on Saturday!! :D I'm really excited!!
I guess that's all, so yeah I'm sorry for the lack of posts lately it's just I've been working aaaa lot. But Hopefully I'm going cocktail dress shopping on Saturday because I have to be at my friends birthday party that night or at least I have to show my face before my other friends get mad at me for not being at some night club opening party they invited me to :P But then again that's another story for another time.

Game Plan
I was looking at the animal shelters facebook and saw that the December 10th deadline they had said before had changed... To two weeks ago...
So I called them today and asked about Carlos and they said that they are going to look at all the places ( which they will probably be finished with by the 22nd of December ) and then pull a name out of a hat, and that person will get said horse...
Terrific I though sarcastically at that moment, so now my great chance has just shrunk to about a 5% chance...
Oh and to make things even worse the lady who I spoke to said that she thinks everything will be settled by May...
Yes MAY
I actually though that I might cry... Seeing as to me I don't know... It felt like a last hope... I haven't ridden in 4-5 months... and my weight loss plan has been faltering badly lately.
It might have been because of the book I'm reading ( Mistress of the game ) or because of other changes in my life... Today was the day I decided I would stop sitting around on my arse and so something about my life.
I call it my game plan. It's made up of quite a lot of jig-saw pieces, some may look pointless ( like the ones that have sky on them ) but in the end it will all congeal into the bigger picture.
Piece one : Weight
I will start to work out at home, seeing as we have an indoor bike... I might as well start using it. Tomorrow I will have a fruit day.. Or at least a mostly fruit day.
Piece two : Horse
I have decided that starting from scratch is the best decision. So if by the time I get to 62kg Mr D.'s horse Fugitive is still for sale, I shall buy him. If not I will weigh things ( pun intended ) and see what to do then.
Piece three : Dog
My mum and I have debated for ages about bringing Ruby up to the city, it would be easier for my grandpa ( Ruby is a girl and the other two dogs are boys and she is not neutered ) and we really miss having a dog. I would have someone to come with me to the stables, and I would have to walk her a lot so exercise would be easier not to mention I would be riding 7 days a week then.
Piece four : School
I'm not sure that this piece is something that I really want to go through with but I am thinking about it. Becoming a private student, I would have more time to be with my horse and dog, more time to actually study because atm what we do in school is a lot of things except studying.
Piece five: French
I have been studying French for ages ( really ) now and am not really getting anywhere I want to do my French final exams this year ( one year early ) so I wont have to deal with it next year when I will have to do my final history, literature, grammar and math exams. So from January I think I will start a course at the french institute and really try to do something about this situation. Oh and just fyi the french teacher in my school is terrible, she yells doesn't explain anything and wont even let you try and realise stuff on your own.
Piece six : Business
I have been toying with the idea of making my own saddle pads and jodhpurs and stuff for quite some time now, I made my first saddle pad this summer. It didn't end up as bad as I expected it to, but there is a lot of room for improvement.
I LOVE doing crafty stuff and if that would be making me money at the same time then hey.. why not? But I think I could only do this properly if I was a private student.
Okay I know this is a lot to take in all at once :D but bear with me, I tried to make it as short and sweet as possible. Yes I over think EVERYTHING so just imagine how much time it took me to finalize these plans in my head, let alone write them down point by point :/
'Till next time ;)

Waiting and thinking
I've been waiting for the 10th more than I expected to...
I still have to phone my friend and ask her if I could take Carlos to her stable if I get him. She doesn't have stalls just like 6 large paddocks in front of the stables where the horse are during the day and then 3 smaller ones inside, that each have a rather large shelter and water and stuff. I know that he would have 24/7 someone with him who would care for him since Timi ( the owner who is a girl just fyi :D) lives at the stables. I'm still worried about Carlos being castrated before hand. ( The new owner can choose if he/she wants Carlos to be castrated at the animal shelter by the shelters vet, who they know very well, or have their own vet castrate him at the new place, and I thought it would be better for the horse to recover in an environment that he knows, seeing as the shelter is the second place he has ever been in his about 6 years of life... ) Seeing as I have no experience with stallions, I asked around and everyone told me that it takes about 6 months or more for the 'stally' to go out of the horse. But I don't know if that would mean that I he wont be able to go into the same paddock as a mare ( I'm guessing not ), or if he can't even be NEXT to a paddock that has mare. .. :/ I'm going to phone Timi sometime this week and ask her about everything.
But 'till then I'm still looking around for new stables, and have found a few potential ones. The problem is that the ones I visited ( before I found Carlos ) were all sport stables, with a rather busy environment, and I don't want Carlos to be in a noisy, busy environment at the beginning while I work with him, because it's rather hard to try teach him to lunge when lets say someone else is trying to stop their horse from spooking and almost collides with Carlos or whatever.

Carlos Del Fontaine
Visited the horses today, just got back not that long ago actually and am waiting for me and my mums apple-peach pie-cake to bake (: mmmmmm
But anywho, onto the point of this post.
I fell in love today with one of the stallions(:
There are two ,one of whom I think is a Lipizzaner, he's grey and has the typical Lipizzaner neck, and the other one is black and has a roman nose and the most adorable baby eyes (:
Unfortunately I could only get either really close shots of him or ones of just his head, because he was in a stall, while the other horses were out in the paddocks.
The other horse was a lot more aggressive when I gave him the carrots we bought on the way there. But Carlos ( that's what I named him :D because he's actually called Carl :/ ) was really gentle and seemed intrigued about what I was doing there, after 5 mins of carrots he finally let me pat his head and scratch his forehead, which he enjoyed greatly (:
The rescue center owner was a bit of a hard-shell at first, and me and my dad were a bit intimidated because he kept saying in his booming voice 'the horses are NOT to go anywhere, with anyone. ONLY to a good reliable home' We knew that we could offer this, but still the way he said it. We soon realized though that it was because he gets about 400 ( no joke ) phone calls a day, calling about the horses from all sorts of people, and half the time he knows that all they see is 'free horses' to either sell, or breed and make a load of money...
He told us that the first 3 days were total hell, he was on the phone all the time taking calls, and by the end of the day he had 300 missed calls... even though he was constantly on the phone.
Basically how they're going to see who gets the horses is as follows :
Everyone writes their name, contacts and which horse they're interested in in a book.
This is till december 10.
Then they phone all the people who were sympathetic to them, and have a chat again.
Finally they look at the place that you're going to take the horse.
Then they decide which place is best for said horse and that person gets him/her.
I think we have good odds in getting Carlos Del Fontaine ( yes :D I made him a WHOLE name ;P )
but then again I won't know 'till they actually give me the horse.
My theory is everyone wants the mares, because the stallions have to be gelded and that will be the new owners responsibility, so while you can start working with the mares from day 1 with the stallys you have to wait until after the surgery and even after that you have to wait at least 3 weeks before any work can be started on them.
But if someone does still want the stallions, I'm hoping that they will go for the Lipizzaner, because he's bigger and I don't know... I just really would like to have Carlos (:
So till the 10th I don't know if I should pay them another visit ( to see Carlos and to maybe help my odds ) or if that will just make them think I'm pushy...I'm pretty sure that I will I think... because I already know that I'll have a hard time sleeping because my mind wont stop ticking over all the possibilities....
Well I'll keep you posted
'Till next time ;)

Saving horses
I was checking my facebook and stumbled upon the most terrible thing.
There is a horse and dog rescue center who I have liked and saw one of their pictures that they've rescued 13 horses ( two of whom are in foaling ) from a house where they were kept in terrible conditions. Since they can't take all the horses in because they don't have the money and only take in horses who have NO way of finding a home because of some illness. Since the horses are legally in the district's possession, after lost of coaxing from the rescue center they decided that, they have until December 31st to find all the horses homes or else they're going to a slaughter house.
The moment I saw I thought ' I have to do something ' so I sent them an e-mail asking about the horses, and mentioned that I'm going to pay them a visit on Saturday. I talked to mum and she said there's no harm in looking, and that she has nothing against having a horse except that you never know what the next day will bring.
Here's just one picture to show in what terrible condition the horses were kept in.
My dad is coming home from a business trip tonight at midnight , so I hope I can talk to him in the morning and ask him whether it would be okay for me to take a look at the horses.
Their webpage says that all of the horses are healthy physically (they have most likely suffered mental trauma ) are under 12 years old, there is one gelding and 2 stallions who will be gelded if an owner is found, the rest are mares, two of them in foaling as I mentioned at the beginning. None of them have been broken in or have had any work done with them. But still, I think it's worth a try saving even one of these horses because it's usually these horses who have the biggest hearts and once they find someone who cares for them will do 10x as much and try 10x harder than any other horse. I would hate to see so many go to a slaughter house after the two years that this rescue center fought to get them away from their owner.
I will keep you up to date with the horses fate, hopefully it will be good news !
'Till next time ;)
There is a horse and dog rescue center who I have liked and saw one of their pictures that they've rescued 13 horses ( two of whom are in foaling ) from a house where they were kept in terrible conditions.

Back from Berlin
I got back from Berlin, last Sunday, and am sorry that I haven't posted anything yet. But I have really been Soo busy. We had a school trip to Vienna on Tuesday I almost missed it because I woke up late and my mum had to take me the the gas station where the bus picked us up. I haven't slept properly since last week Tuesday, so this Friday night me and my bed are going on a looong trip to sleepland or else I'm going to pass out sometime soon.
I'm actually working 'till the second week of December for the company that my mum works for (: were even on the same floor :D It's mostly just boring stuff like putting data into the computer or checking to see if dates, names match etc... But at least I have a JOB which is pretty awesome, because here getting a non-full time job is like finding a needle in a hay stack unless you have connections with someone high up or someone in your family owns the place. I have to go there when I finish school and an there 'till 6pm. Today I worked 3 hours yesterday 4, and tomorrow I get to work 5 :/ It's really boring after a while, but thank god I get different jobs when I'm done with one, because during the summer I got a summer job in the same company and for a WHOLE week I had to type in client numbers and contract numbers into a machine, and then print them into stickers everyday for 8 hours.
So about BERMUN it was fun, I'd never been to Berlin, I now think it's gorgeous, although they do have a lot of rules, as told to me by my American host family. For example you aren't allowed to throw glass into the glass bin from like 11pm to 4am and you can't make loud sounds during those hours either. Oh and they have like 5 bins, one for glass, one for plastic, one for paper, one for plastic coated paper and one for garbage garbage. It's insane, and if the bin men see lets say a plastic cup in your glass bin, they wont take you trash. But other than the insane rules I had a ton of fun. We stayed up most nights with the people from my school and got a taste of Berlin's night life. Then had a tough time waking up to be in the school by 8:45am. Thank god I wasn't ever late, because at the end on Saturday all the latecomers had to dance and sing to 'Call me maybe' :D There are tons of videos up of them now.

Oh, unfortunately I have to admit, I have been a HUGE slob lately and this morning I was 72kg again :/ I am seriously ashamed....

Stable Visit II
Last week on Tuesday, me and Kathy decided to go out on another stable adventure (:
This one is a little further away than the last, so about 20-30 mins by car from my school. I deliberately checked the website to see where we had to go [ I don't trust my GPS anymore, because last time it got me and the Suzuki stuck in the mud at the almost top of a grassy hill, and I spent 30 mins crying through the phone to my dad, until a guy walked past ( it was like 9pm ) and I begged him to help pull me out of the mud, oh because of course I got the car stuck right next to a fence, so I couldn't even just roll down the hill backwards, then choose another route. ]
I loaded the map onto my Itouch, and off we went. We stopped at a Tesco to buy some food, and I tried to look and see which road we had to take, but of course... my piece of worthless Itouch decided to try and load the page again, and what a surprise, there was no internet and it just went blank.
Okay... I phoned dad and asked him to tell me which way to go. All was fine 'till we were almost there, and my dad accidentally said the wrong town name, ( from then on I turned on my GPS ) after 20 mins of it trying to get me on the freeway, and me turning around because I knew there was no was in HELL I was supposed to go onto the freeway since the town was supposed to be like 10 mins away. I realised that my dad had said the wrong town name... because I recalled looking at a stable there are it was on the total other side of the city... Thus being the reason my GPS wanted me to go on the freeway.
One we had that settled, we found the right town and from then on we just had to follow the signs with the stables name on it.
It was really cool, because the whole road was cement, unlike every other stable I had visited so far, where you have to have a 4WD to not sink in the mud. Only the last 100m were dirt road, but hell if the going gets tough I can just leave my car at the end of the cement road and walk the last 100m.
The stable is called V&S, and is pretty good, they have an indoor with pretty good soil, a big outdoor (unfortunately that has already been flooded by the rain) the stalls have plenty of straw bedding in them. The owners seem like nice people, they immediately offered to help me find a horse if I reached my goal weight. ( I don't know why but I got the worst feeling when they offered to help, because I still have the memory of how the owners at Pilgrims stable were all nice on the outside ,but very soon everything revolved around them getting the most money possible. Since the owners at V&S have the same physical appearance as Pilgrim's did [man and woman, same age, are just leasing the stable since not long ago, want to make it into a sport stable etc.. ]... I don't know something just popped, and I got the shivers ) I really don't want to assume that they want to rip me off and sell me a horse for 2x it's price, but it was just odd to me how they immediately offered. I do trust them, and I really would LOVE it if they really were that kind and caring, it's just that I have seen quite how horrible and two-faced equestrians can be.
Anywho the only thing that I am a bit worried about is that when we were talking about them having a horse treadmill.
They said that during the winter months it's much better to put them on the treadmill and not have them slosh around in the mud. Also there weren't any horses in the paddocks when I visited, which worries my a little, because I want my horse to be able to run around when he want's to and to not be confined the his stall all day, except for when I ride him or he gets put on the tread mill. :/
Obviously I'm going to have to look into this issue when it becomes relevant.
I still have one more stable that I want to see called Pine-grove, then I need to sit down and decide which one out of the two (V&S and Pine-grove) is worth it more, because I know Pine-grove isn't as good as V&S, but it's to my latest knowledge cheaper, and a lot closer.
My diet is going well I am 69kg as of this and yesterday morning (:
Oh I am probably not going to write for a while because on Wednesday I'm going to Berlin for BERMUN (model united nations), and I will be back on Sunday. Hopefully it goes well, but at the moment because of the lack of organization we STILL don't know where we are going to be living, and were going to find out when we get there on Wednesday... -.- great I know. Ah well I have to get back to writing my resolution which was due two days ago :/
'Till next time ;)

Stable Visit
My dad and I visited the stable I was talking about, and well unfortunately it's still the same old stable except they now have an indoor. The stalls are small with uneven ground, the arena has really hard ground and is already soaked, all the horses are put out in one big paddock, and when I asked the owner how they introduce new horses, he said well, for the first few days we want the horse owner to be there when we put the horse out with the others, so they can see what happens and how they react. So basically, nothing is done to help the newcomer horse ease in with the others, he's just thrown into the deep end :/
The board isn't too bad, but the road to the stable, or well... I think it's more of a barn or a yard, is terrible my poor little Suzuki had a tough time, because there were like huge holes in the road, and on like a 300m strip it was like weird cobble stones that were all uneven and missing in 1/3 of the places. What can I say? Not a nice or easy for that matter journey to the yard, and to do that everyday... Well, it is close but by the time you get past the cobble stones and meteorite holes, you could be at a stable further away, that has better access.
Ah well, all's not lost, I'm going to see another stable that looks more like a sport stable (which is what I'm looking for) Although it is further away, it seems like something that I'd be willing to sacrifice if the place is really as good as it seems online.
Before I forget, about the babyhorse thing, well I guess I'm going to have to take a rain check on breaking in my own horse, because the timing would be all wrong, I'd have to break him in next year which is when I have my final exams, and 'till then I would have to find another horse to ride, and this year when I have a ton of free time next to school, I wouldn't be able to do anything with Fugitive. So yeah, maybe some other time (:
My diet is going well by the way, just thought I'd give you a little update on that aswell.
Haha look what I found (: ˇˇ

Baby Gelding?
Visited my grandpa today, and watched the show jumping competition that was going on at the stables not far. My friend Betty was competing with a horse called Jessy, since her horse is lame she
went back to the stable where I used to ride Pilgrim and is now leasing Jessy, and this was their first competition together. Unfortunately I didn't get to see her compete, because I had to leave since I had an appointment with the car mechanics to change my tires to winter ones.
I took Ruby out, to see how she would react to the horses ,all the people and the other dogs. To my amazement she behaved so well, compared to what I thought she would do, which was basically bark at every horse and be aggressive. Although the hairs were standing on her back almost the whole time, she made friends with the other dogs, didn't even care about the horses, and was a bit tentative about people but in a friendly way, so anyone could pet her. I am actually really happy about this because although she lives with my grandpa and 2 other dogs, I still really want her to be my 'stable buddy', and come with me to the stables, and on trail rides when I have my horse.
Here are two really silly pictures of her, but for some reason I can't find any others. She's running on both so you can't really see her in portion. For starters her ears don't prick up, but they look like they do on the pictures :P Oh and yes, she is a little overweight because she eats the other dog's food then throughout the day snacks on her own
Obviously I'll have to take a look personally, but when we drove past, he didn't look half bad. The only thing that I'm worried about is his withers, see I'm really picky about withers, I can not imagine myself with a horse that has large withers, it's just so much hassle, and you can't ride his as easily bareback.
But back to the point... Today my dad brought up the idea of buying a horse from Mr. D. So I told him about Fugitive. The thing is, if I think about it, if he's 1.5 years old now... then I'll have to wait ATLEAST a year before I can start any work with him. Till then where will I keep him? Where will I ride? What if he turns out to have some health issue when I start riding him? What if he's no good at jumping? What if he doesn't move well at all in dressage? How will I break him in? etc etc....
I don't really know, that's the problem :/
But then again, he will turn out just like I want, since I am the one breaking him in, I'll have plenty of time to buy a saddle ( because I have this huge dilemma about when I'm going to buy a saddle, seeing as I won't buy one till I have a horse, but then when I buy the horse what will I ride in for the first week? and what if the horse isn't what I wanted and we give him back after 2 weeks and I bought a saddle for him? ...) I'll have a great bond with the horse, I know where he came from and trust Mr. D enough to know he wont scam me.
Next time I visit grandpa I think I'll have a word with Mr. D. that is of course if he still recognizes me. It has been a while after all...
Oh and about the stable visit, we had to postpone it to tomorrow, because it was pouring rain and we didn't really see the point in getting soaked, and not really being able to see anything.
Well... 'till next time ;)

But getting back to the point, I saw Mr. D at the show, he owns a field in my grandpa's street and keeps his 5 or 6 horses there. I used to ride Milli and LÃbor like 2 or more years ago. But so the family tree goes like this :D
Milli ~10y/o mare> Mira ~6y/o mare > Fugitive 1.5y/o gelding
Sári ~ 10 y/o mare > dunno i think gelding and about the same age as Fugitive
Cherry a horse he bought for his wife, who forgot to tell him, that even though she claimed she could... She can't ride for her life.
I used to want to buy Mira because she wasn't broken in yet and it's always been my dream, but then the girl who helped Mr D. decided one day to give her cold water after being worked... aaannndd she now has a lung problem. So that's that
But Cherry and Fugitive are for sale. I'm actually thinking that maybe I should consider buying Fugitive, he's 1 and a half, has the bloodline that I want, looks about right for a young gelding.
Here's a picture

UnHappy Halloween
I'm pretty ticked off, and yes this is my second post today but there's only so much you can do locked in your house before you need to rant.
I LOVE Halloween, seriously it's actually my favorite holiday... But because of my lovely cramps, I can't go out tonight, like I've been planning for the past MONTH!
So now I get to sit at home, and avoid going on facebook because I can't bear to read everyone's statuses talking about how GREAT the Halloween party that they're going to go to will be.
It's really bad though, because here they barely celebrate Halloween, it's just a load of parties, but that's it. No trick-or-treating or decorating your house all spooky. I mean I grew up in Australia and there Halloween was a big thing, I can't remember one year when we didn't go trick-or-treating.
Also to add to my Halloween craze I LOVE Jack Skellington. So much so that I will put a picture of him riiight here.
Before I forget, me and dad are hopefully going to see a stable that's close the my school tomorrow. I was there like 2 years ago, and then it was pretty bad, but according to their website they built a proper indoor and from their pictures the ground looks alright as well. Best part is that the board is rather good too. Well we'll see how it goes tomorrow, I hope it won't be a too big let down.
'Till next time ;)

Freetime
Recently I've come to realise that because I don't eat after 6, I get really hungry by about 8 and I can't go to bed yet because I won't be able to fall asleep, so I had to look for something to pass the time, that I could concentrate on even though I'm hungry.
Things like: doing housework, studying, doing homework, tidying up, reading (not always) and others have all been tried and have failed miserably seeing as I just can't concentrate on anything where I'm not fully focused.
So what's left you might ask?
Well un-usefull things like : playing online mmorpg games, watching series, chewing gum, sewing (sometimes), watching TV, driving my car... and that is basically it.
Bad part about this whole thing is that since my day plan looks something like this :
Get up - have breakfast (7am) - go to school (finish between 12 and 2) - eat at noon - go home - have fruit (5pm) - sit around waiting for night time - sleep (10pm).
Yes, I do have friends and I usually go out with them after school, but if we look at a boring day. That is what it looks like. Which means that from noon to 10pm I have to find myself something to do, because even though half the time I'm not hungry, still the ONLY thing I can think about is food. I call it the munchies.
So far I have watched the whole of Las Vegas, House, Satisfaction, Cougar Town, most of Californication, Mcleods Daughters and Two and a Half Men, and currently have started Heartland even though it really ticks me off how little the producers seem to know about horse behaviour... Like a horse with it's ears pricked forward rearing in it's stall is 'wild and aggressive', yet Amy after 1 hour in the round pen can pet it all over and the horse is no longer scared of anything -.- seriously?
Oh and about the mmorpg games I kind of want to download WoW, but at the moment am playing Perfect World, but am thinking about finding some other game, because I used to play a crap load of games and PW just doesn't seem as fun as it used to.
Ah well, better get back to watching Hearland, since I'm stuck at home with the worst stomach pains EVER...
'Till next time here are some pictures from Ireland (:
This is Mr X, the 5 year old baby horse who I brought back into training,
This is Sasha a gorgeous pony who's scared of everything, even after this picture she ran away because of the clicking noise the camera made.
This is me riding Mr X
Save the best for last, me jumping the stable owners horse Blade. The biggest I ever jumped was 80cm and it was on this exact day with Blade (: Even though the third time I fell off because he took off waaay early, then afterwards decided to just swing out from underneath me. But I got back on and we jumped it again :D ( My first fall in AGES tbh)
;)

Stress
Me and my friend were talking about stress one day, but the kind of stress that you feel towards another person, like say when A says something about you that makes you angry, and you can't escape that tight feeling in your chest, and your mind can't think about anything else. Well my friend told me that, she doesn't know how she should release her stress, and because she keeps it all bottled up, it's causing her physical problems, like she's sick a lot she has eating disorders and other stuff... ( even though she denies half the things).
So I sat down, and thought to myself... well wait how do I release the bottled up stress?
I then realised that even unknowingly but I write speeches, I write down all the things that I would say to that person, (of course after crying, but sometimes during :P) and I've found that the second I write it down, I stop thinking about that certain thought, and I keep doing this until I've written down EVERYTHING that bothered me, and once I'm finished, it's funny but I can think about that certain situation and it wont make me uncomfortable anymore, kind of like a huge stone is off my chest.
I usually write these 'speeches' in the middle of an exercise book, then when I'm done I tear it out and hide it somewhere, so well that I can't find half of them, kind of like a squirrel that can find her hidden nuts :D Ever since then, I started a new book, where I staple, glue any of the old 'speeches' that I find, and write in it the new ones, because it's funny and brings back all those memories when I read them over, and I can always use parts of these already phrased thoughts if is needed.
But anyway, I just thought I'd share that rather random piece of information with you, because it really got me thinking.
'Till next time ;)

Hello Stranger
Well, hello again, for the 6th time, I've decided to start this blog again, okay well not again because I'm not deleting my older posts, but... well continuing them I guess.
But hopefully this time I'm going to have more luck than the last 6 :D, but hey I put blogger as my homepage so every time I start Firefox it will appear.
So quick recap of my life since my last post in April.
My dad kept asking me what would motivate me to loose weight (it's been a struggle for me for the past like 4 years to loose weight) and I jokingly said, if you would promise me that if I reach a certain weight, then I would get a horse. He looked at me and said Okay... I laughed it off but found out that he was being serious. So we sat down with mum, and talked it over, and basically how it looks is:
My weight goal is 62kg, once I reach that I can start looking for horses, and if I stay that weight for 1 month then we will actually buy one, but the second I start gaining it back and go over 64kg, we sell it. This was back in like May, then I started trying and failing terribly to loose weight. In July I went to Ireland for 2 and a half weeks, and worked at my friends stables, to be honest, I ate just as much as I did at home, but because of all the work I was doing my weight started to decrease. I left for Ireland with about 78kg, and came back with 75kg. From then on it was much easier and by the beginning of August I was 70kg. Which I still am as of today.
I still have a LONG way to go, I know and it's been really tough getting back into the habit of dieting again, because I decided to take a break at 70kg, because I knew that if I carried on without a break, after a while I would just snap and gain it all back.
Last week though I decided to start seriously dieting again, and well, I hope it goes well :D
Oh and as for my post about the car, I now have a red Suzuki Swift, one of the old models, and she works like a charm, no more long, stuffy and smelly bus rides to school anymore (: Although her heating could be a bit better now that winter is knocking on the back door :/
Well ta for now (:

Exchange car
Our car had to have a maintenance check on Wednesday. Then when we were driving to the store Friday night it started giving out really weird sounds and trying to stall and would start up really badly and shake all the time.Oh and all this right before the 4 day holiday... where basically nothing is open till Wednesday So my dad phoned the car company and it turns out we have a mobility guaranty on our car. Then Saturday morning the car movers came put our car onto their trailer and an hour later brought back an exchange car :D that we get to use until out car is fixed !
Although it is smaller then ours, I really like it. It has new buttons and a CD player, since it's only about half a year old. It still smells new :D
'Till next time xx
